We hereby the World Bank Group Finance, submit this NOTICE and VALIDATION for you to follow up on the Debt Burden Liberation Certificate-DBLC Charges for Payment Order 1-11, THE BEST OWNER UN SWISSINDO KELOMPOK BANK DUNIA or WORLD BANK GROUP as the Grants Donor which has been in the management of WORLD BANK GROUP especially the Grants, Intermediary Trust Funds through IBRD-IDA and the presence of financial service actors, EDS staff, FIF where the Government of Indonesia as Country Supplier and Borrowing Country and Supplier are a Corporation, as well as Bank Indonesia and 6 Prime Banks, cannot have direct access to us.
The rise of Pros and Cons of Intelligence at the local level, for the presence of us, UN-SWISSINDO WORLD BANK GROUP, We understand all forms of Multi-dimensional problems related to the history of the origin of the NKRI agreement, the origin of the World’s religious agreement and the origin of the Kingdom of Heaven and Earth agreement, therefore, We the BOARD ASSOCIATION OF INTERNATIONAL DOCUMENT decided to order the following:

The Notice and Validation of Bullion Bank Transaction 2018, pursuant to Reconfirmation Letter of UNION BANK OF SWITZERLAND No. UNS-AG/SBG/6118/045/RS.DRS/VII/01, July 15, 2001 as the Guaranteed Guarantor of the Foreign Exchange-Generating Countries for 6 Accounts Owner & Control Nation Currency at 6 Prime Banks with Balance worth USD. 6,100,000,000,000.00 according to SAFE KEEPING RECEIPT SKR No. 0125/BI-SKR/XI/2012 (Collateral 2.040.000 KGs) and SKR. No. 0126/BI-SKR/XI/2012, dated November 1, 2012, issued by Bank Indonesia.
4. Data Report of World Investigator Team as Received and We have Delivered to the President of the Republic Indonesia and Ministry of MENKOPOLHUKAM relating to several Generals and Former Indonesian Presidents, regarding Polymer Paper Currency IDR 1999 and We are responsible for the settlement of the matter and in the guarantee of Legal Printed Currency 500,000 denomination, Equivalent to 1 Gram of Gold, as a counterweight to the large-scale Exploration, the Physical taking of Indonesia, especially Papua Land.
5. Instructing the Finance Minister to Instruct Bank Indonesia and 6 Prime Banks to Unblock and Cost Estimates, part of the Consequence and Responsibility of the Finance Minister of the Republic Indonesia as the Borrowing Country for the World Bank Group Application, which we will provide each SI for each Account Number related to the Grant of the Individual Trust Parent Agency .
6. Any Sponsored Fund with JUSTIFIED ERROR before this Letter is issued and signed without No. ID-IDA Indonesia, World Bank Group Finance is the Category of Money Laundering or Terrorist Fund.
7. The World Bank Group, WORLD BANK-UNDB has decided FIF and EDS Staff as intermediaries for the disbursement of Intermediary Trust Funds for Indonesia on IDA 1961-2018 has greatly disadvantaged the nation, country and the people of Indonesia, where only in the era of President Soeharto, never used the ID-IDA Grants, and the incidence of divisions and the separation of TIM TIM, PAPUA MERDEKA and ACEH, where all behind the control of EDS including the country of India, has never received the ID-IDA Grants.
8. Where IBRD is not responsible for liability to IDA, period 2005-2015 To IDA, WORLD BANK GROUP hereby, on behalf of Indonesia the Borrowing Country, supports all positive activities of UN-SWISSINDO WORLD BANK GROUP in Indonesia:
A. WORLD BANK GROUP FINANCE; PAY IBRD’S RESPONSIBILITY TO IDA FOR THE DEBT BURDEN OF RI GOVERNMENT AS THE BORROWING COUNTRY- FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC INDONESIA.
B. THE WORLD BANK GROUP FINANCE; INSTRUCT THE FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC INDONESIA TO ORDER TO THE DIRECTOR OF BANK INDONESIA AND THE PRESIDENT DIRECTORS OF 6 PRIME BANKS, ESPECIALLY TO UNBLOCK THE GRANTS WHEREAS RELATED TO SAFE KEEPING RECEIPT SKR NO. 0125/BI-SKR/XI/2012 (COLLATERAL 2.040.000 KGs) and SKR. No. 0126/BI-SKR/XI/2012, DATED 1 NOVEMBER 2012, ISSUED BY BANK INDONESIA.
C. REPLACEMENT ACCORDING TO QA / QC INVOICE 1999, WHERE WE APPROVE 1 RUPIAH = 1 US DOLLAR AND IS GUARANTEED LEGAL STANDARD WORLD CURRENCY PRINTING DENOMINATION OF 500,000 AS WORLD BANK CURRENCY AS PART OF PAYMENT ORDER 1-11.
D. DIRECT SUPPORT PROJECT FUND CASH LIQUID UNLIMITED IN 34 PROVINCES, INDONESIA.
9. The 2019 Indonesian Leader Candidate is the Grantee of ID-IDA Grants and is no longer under FIF and EDS Staff Control and the People are no longer the Legal Objects and continue to live under the Slavery System, and it ends the moment you Finance Minister of the Republic Indonesia and President of Republic Indonesia decide not to leave the debt burden to the nation and the generation of the Indonesian People through this Agreement.
10. This letter is being delivered To All Related Parties via Post/Official E-Mail. Or other ways that are presented openly through mass media.
11. To be announced in the TREATY EVENT at Tapak Siring Palace Bali 2018, in line with WORLD BANK-IMF 2018 with Keyword Peace-Emperor Mission.
12. Cooperation Contract Application System of PRIVATE BANK CONSORTIUM (DJARUM-BCA) – WORLD BANK GROUP (UN-SWISSINDO) dated January 11, 2018 as part of 6 Prime Banks ordered to be paid in accordance with Account Control Owner Number No. 5625534534 with Balance worth USD. 400,000,000,000.00 or equivalent to the XRT of 14.000 (RP 5,600,000,000,000,000.00).
13. Presence of Physical Polymer Paper Currency IDR 1999 under the responsibility of the attached names, known to the President of the Republic of Indonesia IR.H.JOKO WIDODO and the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs of the Republic Indonesia, WIRANTO, with the data of President of the Republic Indonesia, Soeharto worth 13,000,000,000,000,000.00 (Thirteen Thousand Trillion Rupiah) and Team Ivestigator data totaling 38,883,000,000,000,000.00 (Thirty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Three Trillion Rupiah) and received by Ministry of MENKOPOLHUKAM on May 11, 2018.
14. The Notice and Validation of RP. 38,883,000,000,000,000.00 = USD. 38,883,000,000,000,000.00 in the Guaranteed Legal Standard World Currency-Printing Denomination 500,000 equivalent to 1 Gram of Gold under Guaranteed Exhibit’s AB Bullion Bank Transaction World Bank Group 2018, pursuant to Reconfirmation Letter of UNION BANK OF SWITZERLAND No. UNS-AG/SBG/ 6118/045/RS.DRS/VII/01, dated July 15, 2001.
15. Original Amount (Amount Canceled), Description: Part of the undisbursed Balance that has been canceled (ie no longer available for future disbursements). Cancellations include termination (where an approved loan agreement is never signed).
16. FIF: Financial Intermediary Fund is a multilateral funding arrangement to which the WORLD BANK provides “Trustee Services” which includes conducting and transferring funds to the Project implementer (generally international organizations such as multilateral development banks or UN agencies). In all cases, the WORLD BANK as Trust Agent shall act in accordance with the instructions of an independent government body (UN-SWISSINDO).
17. TF: Trust Fund of IBRD/IDA, Payment Order 1-11 (P1-11) are Trust Fund Grants; Trust Fund is Managed by Beneficiaries of fund disbursement Accounts in Trust Funds, used to finance activities implemented by Beneficiaries and assessed/supervised by the Bank (UN-SWISSINDO).
18. UN-SWISSINDO WORLD BANK GROUP accepts 685 IBRD-IDA cases pending for UN-SWISSINDO World Bank Group Finance approval and more than 400 Companies have been closed and 41 Companies are under our supervision related to FIF, and will be declared approved upon the TREATY EVENT.
