Misi perlindungan dan penyelamatan semesta untuk umat, bangsa dan negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia dari krisis ekonomi dan multidimensi, melalui dilakukannya kesepahaman dan kesepakatan antara Pemerintah Republik Indonesia dengan UN-SWISSINDO demi dan untuk tercapai dan diwujudkannya perdamaian, keadilan dan kemakmuran, sebagaimana cita-cita luhur para pendiri negara sesuai Pancasila dan Undang-Undang Dasar Tahun 1945.

Berkat Rahmat Tuhan Yang Maha Kuasa dan rasa syukur kami panjatkan kehadiratnya, sehingga masih diberikan kesempatan untuk dapat beraktifitas dan mengabdikan diri kepada bangsa dan negara di bumi nusantara tercinta. Segala anugerah yang selama ini telah dilimpahkan kepada kita sebagai mahluk ciptaannya, maka kami mensikapi, sebagai warga bangsa dan warga negara, dalam tatanan yang berlaku pada struktur administrasi nasional dan internasional, berkawajiban menghormati dan menghargai, setiap jiwa manusia yang dilahirkan kebumi, adalah aset dan unsur alam penting yang wajib kami jaga dan lindungi, sebagai penyeimbang berjalannya kelangsungan system kehidupan semesta alam.

Oleh karena itu, maka hak-hak dasar hidup yang menjadi kebutuhan manusia, sudah saatnya tiba wajib dipenuhi, utamanya adalah demi rasa keadilan, upaya perlindungan, menjamin keamanan, menghadirkan keselamatan dan menciptakan kemakmuran, mutlak menjadi tanggung jawab penuh negara, sebagaimana termaktub dalam Pancasila dan Undang-Undang Dasar Tahun 1945 pada Pasal 23 Ayat 1, Pasal 27 Ayat 1, 2 dan 3, Pasal 28 dan 28A, Pasal 28C Ayat 1 dan 2, Pasal 28D Ayat 1, 2 dan 3, Pasal 28F, Pasal 28G Ayat 1 dan 2, Pasal 28H Ayat 1, 2, 3 dan 4, Pasal 28I Ayat 1, 2, 3, 4 dan 5, Pasal 28J Ayat 1, Pasal 30 Ayat 1, Pasal 33 Ayat 1,3 dan 4, Pasal 34 Ayat 1, 2 dan 3. Memperhatikan serta menimbang situasi krisis multi dimensi yang semakin menghimpit dan mengancam eksistensi keselamatan bangsa dan negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia, maka kami (LPP-TIPIKOR RI) mendesak pemerintah Republik Indonesia untuk segera dilakukannya kesepahaman dan kesepakatan dengan UN-SWISSINDO, dengan maksud dan tujuan penyelamatan dan mewujudkan cita-cita luhur para pendiri bangsa dan negara, yang telah lama bersama-sama kita damba dan impikan.

LPP-TIPIKOR RI menilai Swissindo World Trust International Orbit atau UN-SWISSINDO adalah lembaga yang kehadirannya bertujuan, berkewajiban melaksanakan misi pengawalan, pendampingan, pembelaan, pendukung, penopang dan menjadi benteng penyelamat bagi tegaknya bangsa dan negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Melalui program Master Key Plan, maka dengan dilakukannya kesepahaman dan kesepakatan antara pemerintah Republik Indonesia dengan UN-SWISSINDO, akan menjadi momen penting dimulainya langkah nyata pembawa pembaharuan dan perubahan menuju Indonesia Mercusuar Dunia. Dengan demikian, maka martabat bangsa dan negara Indonesia, sebagai bagian dari masyarakat dunia internasional, memiliki kapasitas yang lebih tinggi, dengan visi misi jauh kedepan, yang berkewajiban menjadi penopang, pendistribusi, penjamin, pengawas, penyuplai dan penata atas aset-aset serta sumber daya alam demi terciptanya masyarakat yang berkeadilan dan berkemakmuran yang merata bagi setiap negara-negara yang ada di dunia (khususnya bagi anggota negara Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa). Program-program utama dari kesepahaman dan kesepakatan antara pemerintah Republik Indonesia dengan UN-SWISSINDO tersebut, akan direalisasikan melalui system Program P1-11 (Program Payment Order P1-11), dimana pada prinsipnya, butir-butir kesepahaman dan kesepakatan penting pada program P1-11 tersebut adalah :

Memberikan biaya jaminan hidup (Human Obligation Project) untuk setiap warga negara yang telah memiliki identitas/E-KTP senilai USD 600 untuk pelajar perjiwa dan USD 1.200 untuk setiap pemilik E-KTP, yang akan diberikan kepada, kepala rumah tangga (suami), ibu rumah tangga, kepala Rukun Tetangga (RT), para lanjut usia, kepala Rukun Warga (RW), kepala Desa, kepala Lurah, para pekerja/pegawai, pejabat pemerintahan/negara, pegawai negeri sipil (ASN), TNI, POLRI dan para petugas/relawan UN-SWISSINDO.
Pelepasan Pembebasan Beban Utang (SPBU) untuk setiap individu/perorangan untuk mereka yang memiliki hutang di bank. Besar hutang idividu/perorangan maksimal senilai 2 (dua miliar) rupiah. Pembebasan hutang berlaku juga bagi pemilik perusahaan. Hutang perusahaan yang dibebaskan maksimal senilai USD 2 (dua miliar dolar). Dan berlaku juga pembebasan hutang bagi negara-negara.
Proyek Venus (Venus Project of The Future Cities) untuk 34 provinsi di Indonesia dan pembangunan kota baru untuk negara-negara di dunia.
Pemberian kuota negara senilai USD 138.990.000.000.000.
Bantuan pendanaan penanggulangan pandemi virus corona (COVID-19) yang disesuaikan dengan nilai pendanaanya berdasarkan kebutuhan dan data kalkulasi yang telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah (kementerian yang terkait).
Program P1-11 adalah solusi dan penyelesai segala permasalahan yang sedang menerpa bangsa Indonesia, bahka saat ini sedang terjadi secara global menimpa pada bangsa dan negara lainnya di dunia. Oleh karena itu, maka Program P1-11 merupakan rahmat dan berkat Tuhan yang Maha Kuasa untuk menyelamatkan dan memenuhi kebutuhan yang melekat pada setiap individu yang menjadi hak-hak asasi setiap manusia. Segeralah menerima karunia besar ini, sebagai langkah untuk mengembalikan harkat dan martabat setiap manusia, rakyat, pemerintah, bangsa dan negara, dengan melakukan upaya kesepahaman dan kesepakatan antara pemerintah Republik Indonesia dengan UN-SWISSINDO.

Surat dan dokumen secara formal telah disampaikan kembali kepada instansi pemerintah Republik Indonesia (melalui Kementerian Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia dengan sembilan tembusan kepada instansi pemerintahan Republik Indonesia) pada 20 Januari 2020, sebagai bentuk konsolidasi resmi kepada pemerintah Republik Indonesia dan sikap rasa tanggung jawab sebagai warga negara untuk menyelamatkan eksistensi negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia dari keterpurukan dan kehancuran. Jadikan bencana dan musibah yang sedang menimpa bangsa ini menjadi peringatan, penyadaran dan upaya menyatukan, agar bersama-sama bangkit dan bergerak kembali guna menyamakan kepentingan, pemahaman dan tujuan demi pencapaian kebaikan tertinggi, sehingga terlaksananya keadilan, kemakmuran, kedamaian dan keselamatan seluruh umat di bumi menjadi nyata adanya.

By the Grace of God Almighty and in our infinite gratitude, we pray for His presence, so that we are still given the opportunity to be able to indulge in and devote ourselves to this Nation, our beloved Archipelago. All the gifts that have been bestowed upon us as creatures, we respond, as citizens, in the order that applies to National and International administrative structures, the duty to respect every Human Soul that is born unto the Earth, is an asset and an important natural element that we must protect as a counterbalance to the ongoing survival of the natural system of life.

Therefore, with respect to the basic rights of life that are Human needs, the time has come to be fulfilled, mainly for the sake of a sense of justice, protection, guaranteed security, bringing safety and creating prosperity for the People, it is absolutely the full responsibility of the Country, as enshrined in the Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of Article 23 Paragraph 1, Article 27 Paragraphs 1, 2 and 3, Articles 28 and 28A, Article 28C Paragraphs 1 and 2, Article 28D Paragraphs 1, 2 and 3, Article 28F, Article 28G Paragraph 1 and 2, Article 28H Paragraphs 1, 2, 3 and 4, Article 28I Paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Article 28J Paragraph 1, Article 30 Paragraph 1, Article 33 Paragraphs 1.3 and 4, Article 34 Paragraph 1 , 2 and 3. Observing and weighing the multi-dimensional crisis situation which increasingly squeezes and threatens the existence of the safety of the Nation and the Unitary Country of the Republic of Indonesia, we (LPP-TIPIKOR RI) urge the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to immediately undertake an understanding and agreement with UN-SWISSINDO, with the purpose of rescuing and realizing the noble ideals of the founders of the Nation and the Country, of which we have longed for and dreamed about.

LPP-TIPIKOR RI considers SWISSINDO WORLD TRUST INTERNATIONAL ORBIT or UN-SWISSINDO as an institution whose presence aims to carry out its mission to escort, support, defend, and becomes a bastion of salvation for the establishment of the Nation and the Unitary Country of the Republic of Indonesia. Through the Master Key Plan Program, with the understanding and agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and UN-SWISSINDO, it will be an important moment to begin real steps to bring renewal and change to the Indonesian Lighthouse. Thus, the dignity of the Indonesian Nation and Country, as part of the international community, has a higher capability, with a vision and mission far in to the future, is obliged to be a supporter, distributor, guarantor, supervisor, supplier and owner of assets and natural resources for the creation of a just and prosperous society that is equitable for every Country in the World (especially for members of the United Nations). The main programs of understanding and agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and UN-SWISSINDO, will be realized through the P1-11 Program System (Payment Order 1-11 Program). The points of understanding and agreement are important in the P1- 11, and they are:

Providing a cost of life insurance (Human Obligation Project) for every citizen who already has an ID / E-KTP worth USD 600 for student and USD 1,200 for each E-KTP owner, which will be given to, the Head of the household (Husband), Mother Households, heads of the Rukun Tetangga (RT), the Elderly, Heads of the Rukun Warga (RW), Head of Villages, Head of Districts, Government Officials / Workers, Government / Country Officials, Civil Servants (ASN), TNI, POLRI and Officers / UN-SWISSINDO Volunteers.
Release of Debt Exemption (SPBU) for each individual / individual for those who have debts in the bank. The amount of individual debt is a maximum of 2,000,000,000 (two billion) rupiah. Debt relief applies to company owners. The maximum amount of company debt released is USD 2,000,000,000 (two billion dollars). This also applies to debt relief for Countries.
The Venus Project of the Future Cities for 34 Provinces in Indonesia and the construction of new cities for Countries in the World.
Granting a Country Quota of USD 138,990,000,000,000 (one hundred thirty-eight trillion, nine hundred ninety billion dollars).
Funding assistance for Corona Virus Pandemic Mitigation (COVID-19) is adjusted to the value of the fund based on needs and calculation data that has been done by the Government (relevant Ministries).
The P1-11 Program is a solution for all the problems that are impacting the Indonesian People, and even now as it is happening globally in other Nations and Countries in the World. Therefore, the P1-11 Program is a grace and blessing from God Almighty to save and fulfill the inherent needs of every individual of which this is their birthright. We request that you immediately accept this great gift, as a step to restore the dignity of every Human Being, the People, Government, Nation and Country, by making efforts to come to an understanding and agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and UN-SWISSINDO.

Letters and documents have been formally submitted to the Government Agencies of the Republic of Indonesia (through the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia with nine copies to the Government Agencies of the Republic of Indonesia) on January 20, 2020, as a form of official submission to the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and an attitude of responsibility as citizens to save the existence of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia from adversity and destruction. Make the disasters and calamities that befall this Nation into a warning, creating awareness and an effort to unite, so that together we rise and move again in order to balance the interests, understanding and goals for the achievement of the highest good, so that the implementation of justice, prosperity, peace and safety of all People on Earth come true.
