This agreement included WORLD DEBT RELIEF, HUMAN OBLIGATION, COUNTRY AND BANK QUOTAS, AND THE VENUS PROJECT of PAYMENT ORDER 1-11.
Hon Bapak announced to the world that day that he is the Royal K.681, the King of Kings, M1, Single Owner, Single Authority and of course as owner of all currency which he performed the signing of the plano, uncut USD bills, witness by the representatives of the elders, the Founding Fathers, the UNS members of the 5 Linggacala (world). The CTU which represents all the Quantative Material (all currencies) from the elders, guardians of the warehouses officially and Lao PDR was also acknowledge as the first country to accept the P1-11.
