PAYMENT ORDER 1-11 to all 253/357 Countries. It will support the Governments of the World in the implementation of:
- DEBT BURDEN LIBERATION CERTIFICATE (DBLC):
– INDIVIDUAL DEBT BURDEN LIBERATION CERTIFICATE (DBLC): up to a total maximum of Rp. 2,000,000,000.00 (Two Billion) per person. This will allow each person the freedom to focus on their wellbeing and follow their purpose in life.
– CORPORATE DEBT BURDEN LIBERATION: up to the total maximum of USD 2,000,000,000.00 (Two Billon) per organization.
– COUNTRY DEBT BURDEN LIBERATION: to free all government’s debts. - COUNTRY QUOTA: US$138,990,000,000,000 (One Hundred and Thirty Eight Trillion, Nine Hundred and Ninety Billion) each.
- BANK QUOTA: US$138,990,000,000,000 (One Hundred and Thirty Eight Trillion, Nine Hundred and Ninety Billion) each.
- HUMAN OBLIGATION: US $6,000,000 (Six Million Dollars) per person with a legal identity, as a Trust Fund to receive Lifetime Basic Income. Students earn a monthly basic income of US $600 (Six Hundred Dollars) and adults from 17 years of age earn US $1200 (One Thousand and Two Hundred Dollars) for the rest of their lives.
After the age of 17+ years, each person will be able to access 3 other types of Automated Human Obligation Payments (HOP):
- ANNUAL HOP FOR YOUNG ADULTS (17 – 20 yrs.), with a max. payment allowance of US $20,000/year, pre-Primary HOP. This is for the preparation of adult life, taking control of his/her own destiny and to become responsible adults.
- ANNUAL HOP FOR MATURE ADULTS (21 yrs. +), with max. payment allowance of US $30,000/year, post-Primary HOP. For continuous lifetime support to live life to the fullest.
- PRIMARY HOP FOR MATURE ADULTS (21 yrs. +), with max. payment allowance of US $400,000/year, for 2 years, twice only.
