The purpose is as follows:
1. To deliver and notify; also provide an explanation to the entire community, local government, banks, credit providers, Military Army, Police Force, Private parties and young brothers and sisters/ students, through the Media Talking Board or (billboards); about the outline of UN SWISSINDO.
2. To provide assurance to the debt collector either from banks or credit providers, proposing that the DBLC proposal is a correct program of UN SWISSINDO in accordance with the acclamation installed on the billboard.
