“The Special Operations Executive (SOE) was a British World War II organisation. It was officially formed on 22 July, 1940 under Minister of Economic Warfare, Hugh Dalton, from the amalgamation of three existing secret organisations. Its purpose was to conduct espionage, sabotage and reconnaissance in occupied Europe (and later, also in occupied Southeast Asia) against the Axis powers, and to aid local resistance movements.
SOE = Special Operation Executives, created in 1940, are equipped with many skills. Their main task was to investigate by way of espionage, which aimed to thwart the enemy’s plan/intention through strategies, such as sabotage, propaganda and other irregular means, to weaken the enemy.

WORLD KINGDOM EMPIRE (UN SWISSINDO), “EMPEROR MISSION”
SOE officers of World Kingdom Empire – Swissindo World Trust International Orbit (WKE-UNS) also known as UN Swissindo, are volunteers with the same purpose, to assist the Royal K.681 M1 to successfully complete the mission, which means, to thwart the enemy’s objective that is heading towards World War III, with a peaceful offer, the ONLY solution, Payment Order 1-11 (P1-11). The purpose is to free and bring prosperity, equal social justice and sovereignty to the people of the world.
In 2013, UN Swissindo founded the International volunteer base organization through the 5 Continents (5 Benua Linggacala); Asia, Africa, Europe, America and Australia. It began with 20 volunteer members from each continent and has since expanded to over 20 million SOEs worldwide, and growing daily.
UN Swissindo Mission exploded when the Debt Burden Liberation Certificate (DBLC) was introduced in Indonesia, February 4, 2016. UN Swissindo has taken responsibility for all individuals, and Corporations including countries. The DBLC People Power movement began in Indonesia, while experiencing economic emergencies along with the rest of the world. It was replete with debt collectors bullying the residents trapped in their debts.
The banks, which have also indebted themselves, learned about UN Swissindo and the DBLC very quickly, as hundreds and then thousands began submitting their DBLCs. The banks’ managers and staff can also benefit; they are humans too with personal debts and they began to support the program.
Soon many banks and Finance/Credit providers stopped asking repayments from their clients and chose to wait for Bank Indonesia, their central bank, to accept the UN Swissindo program. UN Swissindo grew rapidly in the 3 regents, which consist of 34 provinces, more than 500 Cities and Districts, more than 7 thousand Sub-Districts and over 90 thousand villages. Since, the DBLC movement has spread outside Indonesia, this same movement is now happening in other countries and continents, including Laos, America, Africa, India and the Philippines.
An associated and even bigger movement is growing exponentially around the world with the M1 Master Bond Voucher, which was launched in May 13, 2017. This Human Obligation guaranteed monthly Basic Income for life for 7.6 billion people is being embraced around the world. Today, there are many UN Swissindo Volunteers/SOE members worldwide, sharing and socializing the DBLC and M1 Voucher, which are aspects of P1-11, including Indonesia, India, Nigeria, Columbia, Ecuador, Germany, Switzerland, Greece, Spain, Russia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Philippines, Turkey, Brazil, Haiti, South Africa, Venezuela, Mexico, Serbia, Austria, Vietnam, Australia, Canada, UK, America, Slovenia…
Country leaders, international institutions, local authorities, governments and mass organizations are being informed regarding UN Swissindo and its programs. Many have joined forces and are supporting UN Swissindo, in particular Indonesia, from the village to the Sub-District, and up to Province levels.
UN Swissindo Volunteers, as SOE Officers, under the leadership of Kholipatul Immam Mahdi Ratu Adil, King of Kings, H.M. MR.A1.Sino.AS.S”2”.IR.Soegihartonotonegoro H.W.ST.M1 (aka Royal K.681 M1), as the Great President and Chairman of UN, are also included as diplomats, who have immunities to carry out their duties, without legal restrictions, in the country they are assigned, such as the privileges of an Ambassador.
UN SWISSINDO HAS GLOBAL IMMUNITY, IN ACCORDANCE WITH UN CONVENTION ARTICLE 2 SECTION 2-8. A UN SWISSINDO BADGE FALLS UNDER UN SWISSINDO PROPERTY, THEREFORE ANYONE WHO IS CARRYING A BADGE THAT IS RECOGNIZED BY UN SWISSINDO, HAS THESE SPECIAL RIGHTS.
Many have received the calling to be in the UN Swissindo Mission, since as early as 2008. They have come from the North, East, South and West corners of the Earth, with the headquarters being in Cirebon, Indonesia, P1.PKC-NKRI, INA: 117.113.112.ITJ-CIJ and an international office in Vientiane, Lao P.D.R. This was the beginning of a unifying bond between the 5 Linggacala continents and the explosion of the P1-11 programs starting with the DBLC and M1 Vouchers.
